This is an excellent product! It is the exact antibiotic that doctors perscribe to humans, only cheaper. I had a sinus infection that spread and caused a sore throat and an ear infection too!I get this every year. I was not about to sit half the day in a “crowded” doctors office for the same yearly perscrption! This product cleared it up like lighting! From now on, I will keep some on hand.

I LIVE IN A SKI RESORT TOWN AND WAS TOLD YEARS AGO (BEFORE I HAD INSURANCE)IF I STARTED GETTING A SORE THROAT TO GO TO THE FEED STORE AND PICK UP SOME FISH MOX,FISH CILLAN.I TRIED IT AND IT WORKED.WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER THAT ALOT OF THE WORKERS FROM THE SKI SLOPES COME IN TO BUY ENOUGH PILLS TO MAKE THEM FELL BETTER SINCE THEY CAN’T AFFORD TO GO TO THE DOCTOR,SAID AT THE FACTORY THEY ARE PROCESSED THE SAME AND ARE DELIVERED TO THE PHARMACIES AND SOME FOR FEED STORES, FISH STORES BUT SAME PRODUCT.I NOW GO TO THE DOCTORS WHEN NEEDED BUT STILL BUY THIS PRODUCT IT’S MUCH CHEAPER MY KIDS ARE NOW GROWN WITH KIDS OF THEIR OWN AND THEY EVEN STOCK UP AND WE STILL HAVE NOT GROWN ANY GILLS BUT LOVE THE WATER(FROZEN OR OTHER WISE).BUT DON’T REPLACE THIS WITH NOT GOING TO THE DOCTORS OH AND WE DO USE THIS FOR OUR FISH TANKS TOO.

This is a very good product. I usually buy it 3 or 4 times a year. I personally use it and so does my family. it is regular medicine and works for all types of infection, save money from going to the doctor and having him write a prescription. it is called Fish Mox but all it is amoxicillin . if you need regular penicillin get Fish Pen it is the same exact thing, this is just a way of getting around the legal part of getting a prescription. this is the only way to get this stuff is by using Fish in front of the name, so use it, it is safe and the very same product that you would get from the doctor, as far as the other antibiotics with the fish name I don’t know, but I do know that these 2 are the same as what you would get from your doctor, I’ve had absessed teeth and if it had not been for this stuff I would have died, thank God for it !!!

Add contents of one capsule (250 mg) into aquarium for each 10 gallons of water to be treated. Repeat in 24 hours. It is suggested that a partial water change be made between treatments. While duration of treatment depends on type and severity of infection, it is recommended that extended medication baths continue for a minimum of 5 days & for not more than 10 days. Discontinue treatment if no improvement is noted within 5 days. To remove harmless yellow color, change 20% of water and use charcoal filter until clear.

I had a bad sinus infection, tried to get a doctors appointment and was told I had to wait 2 weeks. I ordered the Fishmox received it fast from Amazon, took it 4 times a day and within 5 days the sinus infection was gone! Stayed on it for 10 days total. I saved $100 doctors visit and $90

5 Stars Fantastic for cat owners!
I adopted a Himalayan cat at the local animal shelter. Before I knew it every cat in my house was sneezing and coughing. My vet is an hour away. I had just lost my job. Honestly I did not feel like putting 3 cats in the car and driving an hour and then paying for antibiotics on top of it. I ordered this and every cat is fine now. I have tons left over in case I have this problem again. Just get some canned cat food, mix it in. They could not taste it at all. What a lifesaver!

I have used this product before then my local fish store went out of business. I was very happy to find this product on-line. I was even happier with the service on my order. I ordered on Monday (I’m on the east coast) and this shipped the SAME DAY (from the west coast). I got it Wednesday Morning by 10AM. They had provided me tracking so even the standard shipping worked out GREAT for me.

My fish were exhibiting a strange series of symptoms. First, they would get the dreaded “white mustache.” (not puffy, more like someone drew it on there with a white pencil). Some fish would get a yellowish belly. Melafix used with Paragard for one week seemed ineffective. Then I tried a combo of maracin and maracin2 for a week or so - to no avail. Lastly, I tried Fish Mox. Now, with only a 1 pink kissing gourami 8″ (showing some scale loss), a ropefish, one spiny eel, and a black ghost knife in my 90 gallon, I began treating with Fish Mox (after water changes, etc.). After I began the new treatment, I added 3 giant danios as an experiment… they are cheap, hardy fish. They are still kicking but one is starting to get “yellow belly.” The three will be moved out of the tank soon. This bacterial infection is a superbug! It doesn’t seem like Fish Mox did it… but nothing else did either so it is hard to comment on the product.

I purchased it to use on my barn cats, since we cannot catch some of them and the vet is soooo expensive. It worked great, and their respiratory infenctions are almost gone.
