Fish Flex Cephalexin 250mg 100 Capsules

Fish-Flex is for use in aquariums for treatment of bacterial activity. Add contents of one capsule (250 mg) into aquarium for each 10 gallons of water to be treated. Repeat in 24 hours. It is suggested that a partial water change be made between treatments. While duration of treatment depends on type and severity of infection, it is recommended that extended medication baths continue for a minimum of 5 days & for not more than 10 days. Discontinue treatment if no improvement is noted within 5 days.

I use this antibiotic on my dogs. I have done so for years. This is the exact same prescription used for my dogs, by my Vet. It works very well.

Exactly as described and works great as an antibiotic for fish but no matter what the other reviews say, DO NOT USE on any other animal but fish. If you’re attempting to buy this as an antibiotic for any other animal, such as a dog, use at your own risk and I would highly recommend not doing so. It may cause a severe allergic reaction in your dog or worse. This should be a given but never use antibiotics for anything other than as described on the label! Always take your pet to the veterinarian if there is a problem!

we live in pgh pa and have been caught in a bad blizzard for over a week. my cats became sick w cat flu from a stray cat theyd been exposed too and due to the 4 ft of snow no vets in town were seeing animals.

my younger cat was recovering fine but my older female that caught it developed pneumonia and we were afraid she would die cause we couldnt find a vet anywhere in this weather and even if we had we couldnt get to one with the roads impassable in most areas .

it was suggested to me that this brand of fish antibiotics could help save her if i could get them shipped very fast as the cats condition wasnt very good .always be careful if giving fish meds to cats tho that you order a brand with no harmful additives as i have heard that some fish antibiotics do contain additives harmful to other pets but researched this brand and saw that it works fine on other animals provided you dose it by weight.

i ordered this product after calling to verify it was in stock as any delay could have been very bad for my cat. after i explained what was wrong the very helpful seller checked his stock and had it shipped right out and its in my hands already today. total time from order to reciept was only 2 days and we are thankful to have found this product available from a great seller

i ordered the l-lysine product too viralys because i have read that with the virus that my cats have it stops virus replication and makes them better faster its prescribed by vets to treat the condition my cats all had so they all will be using that too and im very happy with my purchase.highly recommended seller..

Ok, so when I heard of taking fish mox I said noooo way. I do not want to die because I overdosed on fish meds…. Ghaaaaa… But then I got really sick and I just graduated college and was dropped from my health insurance…blah blah blah…so I couldn’t go to the doctor. I knew it was an infection not a virus or allergies…and would react to an antibiotic, and I made sure to take it for maybe 10 days so it would completely kill everything and not lead to some super-resistant strain of evil bacterial….

Anywayyyy….So it works. I have taken it with no side effects and it does what it is supposed to. Its plain old wonderful, lifesaving, Amoxicillin. Haha I even made my mom take it when she was sick over the weekend and couldn’t see a doctor soon enough. Oh and my cat has taken it too! The whole family is in on it….Hahahaaaa I have gotten so much use out of this one little bottle. My cat got in a fight and got an abscess on his back(a boil like skin infection, gross). I researched what is commonly prescribed for this and ta-da it was Amoxicillin. He has been on it for 4 days and the Amoxicillin broke his fever immediately and cured the infection quickly! No $300 vet bill this time….

This product works exactly as it should. Those of you who are boldly stating that you took this product to get over a cold, are going to eventually get these type of loophole products banned. Please do not go boasting about how it works great for human consumption or else we might find this product unavailable in the future. This isn’t rocket science people.

5 Stars Haven’t grown gills yet…
This truly is Amoxicillin without a prescription. I went through a period without any health insurance and had heard of the “fish mox” thing before but was always nervous about it.

The pills I received were clearly marked ‘WEST WARD 938′, if you google that you’ll find its been cleared for human consumption. This is the same stuff you’d get filled by your local clinic anyway.

Although I can’t recommend self medication, I can say that the pills are safe for human consumption. Keep in mind taking antibiotics without a genuine need to is always bad news. The only reason I ’self medicated’ was because my entire house came down with strep throat and we all had the exact same symptoms.
