The product is reasonably priced and fits the description perfectly. However the shipping on this product was ridiculous!!

4 Stars Rite-Size Z filter
Works perfect for my 5 gallon hexagon tank, price is very good, better than in stores, replace one filter every month for my Betta and 3 ghost shrimp, keeps tank clear and spotless. My fish and shrimp are very happy.

Compared to PetsMart this should save you a few dollars. Also, don’t be so quick to throw these guys away with the Eclipse tanks. We’ve noticed that the tanks filtration system has a pretty solid vacuum, so you’ll notice that these cartridges will get dirty after about 4-5 days. Don’t worry, because it’s just the top layer. Pull the cartridge out and scrub the surface with a new toothbrush from your dentist. You know? The cheap ones they give you after you’ve paid for a teeth cleaning. This should get you a few extra days.

biOrb Cleaner Pump

Makes partial water changes easy and effective with minimum effort. A couple of squeezes on the hand pump is all that is needed to get the pump working. While emptying water from the aquarium the cleaner pump will also suck up dirt and debris from the bottom. The cleaner pump can also be used to pump water back into the aquarium, eliminating the need to struggle with heavy buckets of water.

4 Stars Good Product
This product works great in getting water out of the tank easily. It did take a while to get the hang of it as people stated before, but after you learn how to use it, it is easy to use. The only thing I have to mention is that sometimes it is hard to pick up dirty particles with the pump; however, this is not the main purpose of the pump I guess so it should not deter you from buying it to help pump water in and out.

5 Stars No more doo!
This pump takes a few good, hard squeezes to get it going, but then it works quickly. Good suctioning of the fish doo-doo and surprised me how fast my tanks emptied. I had to be real careful on the 1 gallon one!

3 Stars works most of the time
i disliked my old siphon pipes because i had to use my mouth to start the air pressure suction, so i decided to get this item with the pump. i like the suction pump but it doesnt work all the time. i really have to pump it several times before it sucks up water, and sometimes it doesnt work all that well. better than my old siphon pipes tho.

5 Stars Elementary school science doesn’t work in real life!
It all started when my son brought home a 12-cent goldfish … $80 of fish equipment later, it was finally time to perform some water change. I first bought a normal siphon from the pet store but, despite following directions to the T, the water never did start flowing and, instead, dredged up tons of debris from under the rocks. I was getting desperate. I decided to give the BiOrb siphon a try, even though we don’t have a BiOrb tank. It works like a dream! It takes only a couple of squeezes of the pump to get the water flowing. Changing the water is now a pleasure, rather than the dreaded chore it once was. Worth every penny!

5 Stars Makes aquarium cleaning a breeze!
I used to have a regular siphon to clean my tank and I had a hard time getting it to start at first (I had to learn how to use it through a few YouTube videos). But this siphon makes it SUPER easy! All you have to is pump it a few times and it starts! And honestly, I HATE cleaning my aquarium…but now I don’t mind anymore!
