Fish Mox Amoxicillin 250 mg 100 Caps

Fish-Mox exerts a bactericidal action on gram positive and some gram negative bacteria. Useful for control of some common bacterial diseases of fish including aeromonas and pseudomonas genera and mysobacterial group (gill diseases, chondrococcus). Add contents of one capsule (250 mg) into aquarium for each 10 gallons of water to be treated. Repeat in 24 hours. It is suggested that a partial water change be made between treatments. While duration of treatment depends on type and severity of infection, it is recommended that extended medication baths continue for a minimum of 5 days & for not more than 10 days. Discontinue treatment if no improvement is noted within 5 days. To remove harmless yellow color, change 20% of water and use charcoal filter until clear.

5 Stars Haven’t grown gills yet…
This truly is Amoxicillin without a prescription. I went through a period without any health insurance and had heard of the “fish mox” thing before but was always nervous about it.

The pills I received were clearly marked ‘WEST WARD 938′, if you google that you’ll find its been cleared for human consumption. This is the same stuff you’d get filled by your local clinic anyway.

Although I can’t recommend self medication, I can say that the pills are safe for human consumption. Keep in mind taking antibiotics without a genuine need to is always bad news. The only reason I ’self medicated’ was because my entire house came down with strep throat and we all had the exact same symptoms.

This product works exactly as it should. Those of you who are boldly stating that you took this product to get over a cold, are going to eventually get these type of loophole products banned. Please do not go boasting about how it works great for human consumption or else we might find this product unavailable in the future. This isn’t rocket science people.

I purchased this product and though the safety seal on the outside was intact, the inner seal was broken and inside the cap when I opened. Contacting the seller, who gave excellent customer service, they assured me it is designed that way. So this might help others in the future if they are concerned. Have not used product YET but all indications show that amazingly it is pharmaceutical grade Amoxicillin (though I am NOT a trained pharmacy technician). Excellent product and Excellent Customer service!

5 Stars FAST cure or my dog’s UTI/Bladder Infection!
100% amoxicillin!!! I gave it to my dog to clear up her UTI/Bladder Infection. She had the same infection in the past and was treated with clavamox and prescription dog food. I gave her the amoxicillin and prescription dog food and she’s feeling 100% better. Much cheaper than buying the amoxicillin from a vet and paying for an office visit. If I didn’t know what was wrong with her, I definitely would have taken her to the vet, however with her breed, she gets them often and I now know how to treat it. Clavamox is 90% amoxicillin, and 10% of another medication, however I caught the infection in it’s early stage because I know what to look for and the amoxicillin worked just fine. Thanks for all the reviews that informed me that this medication can be given to pets and humans. I personally can’t take it because I’m allergic to it, but it’s nice to have antibiotics on standby for my animals.

5 Stars good deal for my Koi.
I have two rather large Koi in a 30 gallon aquarium. They cloud up the watter pretty rapidly and these filters need to be changed frequently. Nothing makes the Koi happier than a good feed and fairly clean water.

Needless to say, these are the most economical filters I have found.

Bio-Bag cartridges are a no mess, easy-to-use product that does a great job of keeping my fish healthy and happy.

We have been doing a whole house remodel for over 18 months so our poor aquarium has not been getting the attention it deserves. And yet even when the water is just trickling through the old filter (because the old filter is totally clogged because I haven’t changed it in God knows how long), I can pop in a new one and turn it back on and “presto!” clear water again. And when I FINALLY drag out the gravel vac to suck all the nasty stuff up, the Bio-Bag turns the brown sludge back into clean, clear water in less than an hour. Great product and fast shipping! Product can be used for other animals ansd is better along with a good probiotic pill. No probiotic for fish, but other animals. Fights off infection and the probiotic helps the stomach and helps immunity.

we live in pgh pa and have been caught in a bad blizzard for over a week. my cats became sick w cat flu from a stray cat theyd been exposed too and due to the 4 ft of snow no vets in town were seeing animals.

my younger cat was recovering fine but my older female that caught it developed pneumonia and we were afraid she would die cause we couldnt find a vet anywhere in this weather and even if we had we couldnt get to one with the roads impassable in most areas .

it was suggested to me that this brand of fish antibiotics could help save her if i could get them shipped very fast as the cats condition wasnt very good .always be careful if giving fish meds to cats tho that you order a brand with no harmful additives as i have heard that some fish antibiotics do contain additives harmful to other pets but researched this brand and saw that it works fine on other animals provided you dose it by weight.
